CASA RIPARIA ('The River House') is on Goodland Estate, which is nestled in the peaceful Seringveld conservancy 45 km from Pretoria and 15 km from Cullinan.

GOODLAND FARM is a NATURE PARK that offers our visitors the following:

• 270 Hectares of bushveld with hills, valley and a clear perennial stream starting in our own wetlands and fountains.
• Trails for orienteering, geocaching, hiking and mountain bike riding
• Game watching, fishing, birding, frogging and star gazing
• Adventure activities – low ropes, obstacle course, abseiling.

CASA RIPARIA is a serene, secluded venue by the dam. It is the ideal venue for small group camps and functions such as youth camps, hunting or fishing weekends or family get-togethers.

Casa Riparia offers en suite accommodation for groups of 2 – 8 (with possible accommodation for groups of up to 30 on mattresses on the floor).  Its main attractions are the luxurious function hall (5mx8m) for parties and events, the walled boma for campfires, and the observation area on the dam wall.

It is mainly a self-catering venue, providing visitors with an equipped kitchen.
